Free Consultation
One of our experienced travel consultants will help you select the cruise that works best for your travel dates, preferred destination, budget, and even your personality.
Payment Plans
SailAway Cruise Weddings will provide a payment plan for your guests to help with budgeting. The staterooms in your room block are fully refundable until the time the final payment is due. Travel insurance is also available for a modest fee.
Personalized Website
A personalized website will be created for your guests to get information, register for your wedding cruise, and review frequently asked questions. When guests register through your cruise wedding website, they receive a special group rate for the staterooms reserved for your wedding. If they have further questions or concerns (some may be first-time cruisers with lots of questions), they can call our toll-free number to ask as many questions as they like. Your guests are important to you and they are to us too. We will treat them like family!
Planning the Wedding
SailAway Cruise Weddings partners with Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises and they each have a dedicated wedding department to assist with your personalized wedding plans. This includes the wedding ceremony and reception. They offer various packages and will go over all of your options with you.
Onboard Wedding Festivities
One big difference between a wedding cruise and a wedding on land is that land-based weddings last for a few hours, while your cruise wedding lasts for a few days (or longer). You have much more time to spend with your family and friends (many of whom may have traveled a distance to attend your wedding). SailAway Wedding Cruises will help with all the details onboard the ship surrounding your glorious wedding day. This may include a welcome cocktail party, wedding rehearsal, family gatherings etc. These meeting rooms onboard the ships are spacious, lovely, and FREE.
Dinner Table Plans
Your group will be seated together in a section of the dining room on the ship. SailAway Wedding Cruises will help you arrange a customized table plan for each dinner on the cruise. If you want special centerpieces on each of your group’s tables, we will help you. Dietary restrictions are no problem (even the toughest ones!)
Communication
This is part of the simple, seamless, and stress-free commitment. SailAway Wedding Cruises will remain in constant communication with the cruise line and the wedding department to ensure your dream wedding (and all of the festivities surrounding it) come to pass. We have your back!
Hotel Accommodations
Some of your guests may prefer to arrive the day before the cruise departure. SailAway Wedding Cruises will arrange a group rate for you and your guests and provide a link on your wedding website so guests can easily book their hotel rooms.
